Who we are
CreatorMO (“CreatorMO”, “we”, “us”) operates this website and the CreatorMO network. For anything related to this policy, including data requests, contact us at info@creatormobility.com.
Before publishing, replace this paragraph with your registered company name and mailing address — most privacy laws require both.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Name, email address, company or channel name, and anything you write in a form or in a scheduled meeting request.
- Scheduling information. When you book through Calendly, Calendly collects the details you enter and shares them with us so we can confirm the meeting.
- Usage information. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed, collected through server logs and analytics.
- Cookies. Cookies and similar technologies used to keep the site working, remember preferences and measure traffic.
How we use it
- To reply to you, schedule calls and provide the services you asked for.

Marketing and email
You receive marketing email only if you asked for it. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Transactional messages — meeting confirmations, account and billing notices — continue as long as you use the service.
Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies to keep the site functioning, and analytics cookies to measure traffic and improve the experience. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may stop working normally if you do.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Meeting and enquiry records are kept while there’s an active relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Residents of the EU/UK have these rights under the GDPR; residents of California have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

Security, children and international transfers
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we’ll delete it.
We operate from the United States and our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
